The objection lands, and your own number answers it
Every seller has the answer somewhere — in a deck, in a spreadsheet, in a conversation from March. The problem is that it is never in the four seconds between the objection and your reply. That is the only gap this closes.
Nothing joins the call · the prospect sees nothing
The answers below are an example. Your own base connects in the app.

Let's start with Q3 — how did conversion move?
Conversion is up 14% — let me pull up the funnel.
And the cost per lead?
Cost per lead is €12.40 — 9% under plan. Most of the gain came from organic.
Not a video — this is Whisperer itself, and the panel really answers. The microphone starts only when you press it.
Before
Load the five answers you give every week
This is the entire difference between a useful assistant and a generic one on a sales call. Not a product wiki — the specific answers you have already given three times this month, in the words prospects use to ask them.
-
Pricing and what is included
Floors, what is bundled, what is billed separately, and where you have discretion. The most common live question and the one people fumble most.
-
Security and legal answers
Data residency, retention, the two exceptions and who signed off on them. These come back in procurement, and being wrong once is expensive.
-
Competitor positioning
What you actually say when a specific competitor is named, including where they are the better fit — which is the answer that builds trust.
After
The follow-up that usually never gets written
The second half is the boring half, which is why it is the one that slips. The call becomes a map of what was said, what was agreed and what you now owe them, with the moment attached to each.
Limits
Two that matter on a sales floor
Whisperer runs on your machine, for your calls. There is no manager dashboard of team talk-ratios and no pipeline scoring — if that is what you are shopping for, this is the wrong shape of product and the comparison pages say so.
A finished recording can be uploaded: the Meetings section takes one file up to 25 MB — mp3, m4a, wav, ogg, flac, aac, plus mp4 and webm, from which the audio track is used. What is missing is bulk upload of a whole archive; and it spends the same minutes a live call does.
Questions
What sellers ask first
Will the prospect know?
Nothing joins the call and the window is excluded from screen sharing, so there is no indicator. Whether to mention it is your call — on a discovery conversation it rarely comes up.
Does it push notes to a CRM?
Not directly. Notion, Slack, HubSpot and Zapier connect from your account, and the map exports as text or Markdown, which covers most handoffs.
Can my manager see my calls?
No. Sessions live in your own account, and sharing is per meeting and deliberate. There is no organisation-wide view of everyone's conversations.
What about a call in another language?
A translation line appears under the transcript on the paid plans, so an international conversation stays workable without a second tool.
How long before it is actually useful?
The after-call half works immediately. The live half is only as good as the notes behind it — five good ones make a visible difference, an empty base makes none.
Load five answers, then take one call
The five you are tired of typing into chat. If the right one appears while the objection is still in the air, the rest of this site is detail.
