Leo does the work, not the talking about the work
Most assistants answer. Leo also acts: it creates the task, moves the card, adds the calendar event and finds the sentence from a call three months ago. It uses the same tools the interface uses, so there is no second implementation that could behave differently.

Definition
An agent is not a model, and not a chat window
Which model answers is a setting you choose. Leo is the part that decides what to do and which tool to call — read this meeting, search that period, create this card, open that file. Swap the model underneath and Leo is still Leo.
That distinction matters for a practical reason: a chat window can only produce text, so everything it suggests still has to be done by you, in another tab.
- Context It reads your own material Meetings, tasks, calendar, files and the knowledge base — the same places the interface reads.
- Reasoning It picks the tool A question about the past becomes a search; a request to plan becomes a calendar call; a decision becomes a card.
- Action It changes something Within your own account and only there. Anything irreversible is shown to you first, with what exactly it would touch.
- Receipt It shows where it looked Every fact carries its meeting and its moment. Ask why it thinks so and you get the source, not a paraphrase.
Boundaries
Four things Leo will not do
These are not preferences or defaults. They are properties of the tools themselves, which means there is no setting that turns them off and no prompt that talks past them.
- Touch anyone's data but yours
- Delete anything without showing you what, first
- Invent a deadline or a commitment that has no source
- Hand the access you gave Whisperer to an external client
- Answer from your meetings, with the source attached
- Create and move tasks on the right board
- Put an event in the calendar and invite by link
- Say plainly that it found nothing, instead of guessing
Limits
Where an agent stops being useful
Leo has no view of your email, your CRM or your company wiki unless you connected them. With an empty account it is a competent assistant with nothing to be competent about.
A finished recording can be uploaded: the Meetings section takes one file up to 25 MB — mp3, m4a, wav, ogg, flac, aac, plus mp4 and webm, from which the audio track is used. What is missing is bulk upload of a whole archive; and it spends the same minutes a live call does.
Questions
What people ask first
Is Leo a different model from the one answering in calls?
Not necessarily. Models are assigned per role, and you set them. Leo is the agent layer above whichever model you chose for its role.
Can Leo act without asking me?
It creates and moves things when you ask it to. Irreversible operations are shown with a preview of exactly what would be affected before anything happens.
What if it does not know?
It says so. An agent that produces a plausible answer about your own history is worse than one that produces none, because you cannot tell the two apart without checking.
Can Claude or ChatGPT use Leo's tools?
They get their own, narrower set through the MCP server, over the areas you approved. The access you gave Whisperer is never handed onward to an external client.
Which plan includes it?
The assistant and the workspace features open on the paid plans; the Free plan is 60 minutes of recognition a month so you can see the meeting side work first.
Ask it something only your own calls could answer
That is the test worth running. A general question gets a general answer from anything; the interesting one is what you actually agreed with a specific client in March.
