Two ways
Keyword when you know the word, language when you do not
Most of the time you remember a name, a number or an odd phrase, and a keyword search across history is the fastest path. The rest of the time you remember only the shape of the conversation, and that is where asking in sentences works better.
- Keyword Search in History Type a word and get the sessions where it appears — in the transcript or in an answer the assistant gave you during that call.
- Plain language Ask the assistant Ask what was agreed with a client about price, and get the answer with the meeting and the moment attached. No source, no answer — it says so.
Why it holds
The answer arrives with its receipt
An assistant that answers about your own history without showing where it looked is worse than useless: you cannot tell a recovered fact from an invented one, so you end up verifying everything by hand anyway. Whisperer shows the meeting and the moment behind every claim, and when there is no source it says there is no source instead of producing something plausible.

First
One recording at a time, not an archive migration
A finished recording can be uploaded: the Meetings section takes one file up to 25 MB — mp3, m4a, wav, ogg, flac, aac, plus mp4 and webm, from which the audio track is used. What is missing is bulk upload of a whole archive; and it spends the same minutes a live call does.

Sessions you asked not to keep
A no-logs session leaves nothing behind by design, so it will never appear in a search. Deleted sessions are gone for good, not archived quietly somewhere.

What people ask first
How far back can I search?
As far back as your account goes. Transcripts and answers are kept until you delete them — there is no retention window that quietly drops old material.
Does search cover the AI answers too?
Yes. Often what you are looking for is not the sentence someone said but the answer you were shown at that moment, and both live in the same session record.
What if the assistant does not find anything?
It says so. It will not assemble a confident answer from adjacent material — for a question about your own history, a wrong answer is more expensive than no answer.
Can an external tool search my meetings?
Only the meetings you explicitly share, and only through the MCP server, and only within the areas you approved on connection. Nothing is shared by default.
Can I delete something from the archive?
Yes, a session at a time, and the deletion is permanent. For conversations you know in advance you do not want kept, no-logs mode never writes them down at all.
The archive only helps if it exists
Nothing here works retroactively. The useful version of this page is the one you read a year from now, having run Whisperer on the calls in between.
